help need to passtrough device

Dear Team,

I have one tape drive card installed on my ESX, then  added the same as passthrough by following this KB article KB: 1010789 following is the snap

then I have added that a PCI device on one of the win2k3 VM but failed to install, it detects SCSI controller but asking for driver, need ur help on the same.
