Hi all,

i've the following problem:

vSphere 4.1 U1 4 node cluster with storage EVA 4100.

I've configured 2 node cluster across box following the vmware guide in attachment, all works fine but when i launch cluster validation tool it's failed with the following error:" Cluster Disk 2 does not support Persistent Reservations. Some storage devices require specific firmware versions or settings to function properly with failover clusters. Please contact your storage administrator or storage vendor to check the configuration of the storage to allow it to function properly with failover clusters".

I've found this article from technet http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/winserverhyperv/thread/0646063d-fe64-4efe-ab4c-342fd341083a that suggest me to modify the host mode in command view, in my case from VMware to Custom. Anyone have already try this kind of configuration or have already solve this kind of issues.

Regards.

Ale
