Problems PXE Booting ESX 4.1 VMWare - Error "0xc0000001"

I am trying to PXE boot a VM that is running on ESX 4.1 and while the VM is booting up the PXE image I get the error seen in the attached screenshot.

The VMs that I am trying to PXE have either the VMXNET2 or VMXNET3 network adapter. The error does to even fully load the PXE image so I do not think it is a problem with our PXE server.

The PXE server we are running is the one included in the Altiris 6.9 SP4 release.

Any Ideas?
