unable to remove dead path from HBA ports vmhba1/2

Hi all,

 

I have a dead path on both the hba ports vmhba1 and vmhba2. I tried rescanning it but no go.

I am not sure how to proceed on this ... Please assist me.

 

Here are the details

 

 

[root@xxxxx volumes]# esxcfg-rescan vmhba2
Dead path vmhba2:C0:T0:L1 for device  not removed.
