vmware vcenter 5.1 converter plugin

hi

i upgraded vcenter from 4.1 fo 5.1a , hosts still running esx4.1   i dont see the vmware converter plugin anymore cant p2v within vsphere client ? is it still there or do i have to use the standalone one from now on?
