Notification when NTP setting in vCenter is changed/invalid

Hi,

We're helping a customer to prepare them for an PCI audit for their virtual environment. One question we have to answer is refering to PCI requirement 10.4.2.b:

"10.4.2.b - Review system configurations and time synchronization settings and processes to verify that any changes to time settings on critical systems are logged, monitored, and reviewed."

Does anyone know if you can create an alarm in vCenter or with PowerCLI to identify to react when the NTP setting in vCenter time configuration is changed from a desired value?

If you have any examples this would be greatly appreciated.
