Can and How can I add 4 CPU's to a Netware Guest OS

I am working with a client Where they are moving 46 Physical Netware/GroupWise servers to a virtual environment. The problem we are experiencing is that the current Physcial Server's utilize 4 CPU's so we want and need to mirror their current Physical with the virtualized environment per the *("SOW")*!!

How or Can you create Multiple vCPU's on a Netware 6.5 Update 8 Guest OS on vSphere 4 Update 1. Within VMware's Guest OS Compatabilty Matrix it confirms you can. Which I have attached...

I need a straight answer!!! Can you do this?? How do you do this???
