HP Quad Card not Showing

hi there,

I've installed ESX 4.0 (update 1) and when I launch the VI client VMware only see's the 4 onboard NICs and the dual card.  The quad card is not showing.

I've checked the BIOS and can confirm that the quad card is enabled.

Has anyone seen this issue before?
