So apologies if this is already covered somewhere I have spent half the day today working out how to do this 
I have some servers which have no DVD/CD Drive and hence I want to use a bootable USB Drive to install them. How do I take the esx4 cd ISO image and put that on the usb disk and make it bootable in the correct way. I know that simply copying the files onto the disk is not sufficient and that I need to make the disk bootable and boot the right kernel but how do I do that?
Any ideas greatly received.
