ESX 4.1 patch roll back

Hi Guys,

I have one UAT host in our infra which I have upgraded to ESX 4.1 from ESX 4.0 . Today I have installed ESX 4.1 update 1(VMware ESX 4.1.0 build-348481) patch on this host using esxupdate. But now I want to roll back this update. Can some one help me out to do the same.?
