Hello everyone

Desperately trying to understand the esxcfg-module command but am stuck hence this post

I am trying to confirm what my esx servers 'lpfc_nodev_tmo' value is? I did some googling and found out that in ESX 4.x it is no longer valid and we need to use lpfc_devloss_tmo needs to be used. The issue is whenever I type in the following entry :

esxcfg-module -g lpfc820

I get :

lpfc820 enabled = 1 options = ''

Which explains to me that the the lpfc820 module 'is' loaded upon bootup but it doesnt tell me what the existing value is of lpfc_devloss_tmo ??!?!

Can anyone help please and very confused ????

Many thanks in advance

Munster
