Logs "Long VMFS3 rsv time on..."

Hello,
I’m running in the following trouble few weeks ago about my infrastructure, VMware vSphere 4.1 on HP blade BL460G1 and storage HP  EVA 6400.

 

Description:

The VM symptom is slowdown in accessing the disk, and an decrease of global performance on the datastore of infrastructure.
