VM Priority in a 2 node cluster

Hello,

I'm new to this forum and have a question... 

I have a 2 node cluster.  Each node has 192GB

Node A has the Production VMs (USING 192GB)

Node B has the TEST VMs (USING 192GB)

If I reserve 192GB of RAM for the production servers and nothing for test.  What will happen if Node "A" fails? 

Will they take all the RAM from the test servers when they come up on Node "B".

I know this is not an ideal setup but its what I have to work with.  What I'm trying to achieve is to give Production Servers priority over the Test servers.
