the /etc/security/access.conf file on all ESX 4.1 servers gets overwritten to original configuration upon server reboots and Unix Team (as well as VMware Team once accounts have been created for them) needs a way to persistently allow 'usa' group to have SSH access to these systems for support. Please give a solution to this issue that does not involve adding accounts to root's group (i.e. no UID or GID=0).
