Moving a domain controller to new location, different host

HI,

Just curious if anyone had experience any issues moving a windows 2003 R2 sp2 domain controllerfrom one location to another.

windows 2003 R2 sp2 on an ESX Vsphere 4.0 in Data center A.

I am planning to move this VM to datacenter B  running on ESX 4.1 and provide new IP address, mask and DNS servers.

I am just going to simply shutdown the VM, copy the entire directory to an external device than copy back to the new ESX host
