Random Disconnects

I am getting random host disconnect and re-connects after an upgrade of the vCetner server to 4.0 U1, these disconnects last for around 1 minute at most but are enough to send a vCenter alert to our mailing list !

I am getting this on multiple vCenter installs and for both ESX 3.5 and 4.0 U1 hosts, the only things in the vmkernel log file are as below:
