I have seen this around the kbs about mirrored drives and it being corrected in patches, but we are using EMC Clariion SAN for vm storage and have 4 other hosts that have been in our DRS for quite some time without any issues.
I recently added another ESX host to the mix and about once a week the console locks up with sd 0:0:0:0: still retrying 0 after 360 s error. I can't for the life of me figure out what is going wrong. It has the latest and greatest patches for ESX 4.1 U2 and still receive this error. Any help please? I will be happy to post any information requested to get this resolved.
